From a scan to a synced lead

Gamivate intercepts physical and virtual foot traffic with an irresistible invitation to play — and turns each play into a consented, rewarded, identified customer.

The customer journey (B2C)
  1. 1. Scan & play

    A customer sees a QR code in-store — on a table tent, receipt, or screen — or taps a link on your site or social. No app, no download.

  2. 2. Opt-in

    They enter the details your campaign asks for (e.g. name and email/phone) and agree to clear, unbundled consent. This is where zero-party data is captured — bot-protected by Turnstile.

  3. 3. Engage

    They play a branded, high-energy HTML5 mini-game right in the browser — the same experience on any phone or desktop.

  4. 4. Reward

    Based on their score, the reward engine instantly unlocks a prize — a discount, a free item, a VIP upgrade — to use now or on the next visit.

  5. 5. Claim (optional)

    Players can save their progress and rewards by claiming a lightweight account with a single magic link.

The brand journey (B2B)
  1. 1. Deploy

    Pick a game from the Gamivate library (or upload your own), brand it with your colors and logo, choose the opt-in fields and reward, and publish a campaign.

  2. 2. Capture

    As customers play, you collect GDPR / PDPL-ready, high-quality zero-party data — with a full consent audit trail.

  3. 3. Analyze & retarget

    Log into the Partner Portal to see player demographics, scores, and conversion — then push consented leads to your CRM for future marketing.

What data is captured?

Only what your campaign asks for — typically a name and an email or phone — plus the consent record, score, and play metadata. IP addresses are hashed, never stored raw. Every brand's data is isolated: you only ever see your own players.
