These terms govern your use of the Gamivate platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Gamivate is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that lets brands run web-based gamified campaigns to capture consented customer data and deliver rewards.

Accounts

• You are responsible for your account, workspace, and team members’ activity.
• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

Acceptable use

• Only collect data with valid consent and for lawful purposes.
• Do not upload malicious game bundles, abuse the API, or attempt to access other tenants’ data.
• Do not use the service to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.

Player communications

When you submit a score in a game powered by Gamivate, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and to the brandrunning that campaign using your details for its own marketing — that consent is required to submit your score and enter. Gamivate's own product updates and marketing are a separate, optional opt-in you can decline. You can unsubscribe from any marketing at any time; essential service messages about your play and rewards may still be sent.

Intellectual property

Gamivate retains rights to the platform and library games. You retain rights to your brand assets and your customer data.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Gamivate’s liability is limited as set out in your subscription agreement.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

The governing law and venue are set out in your subscription agreement.
